Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 7-14 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 8am ET are not guaranteed to ship the same day.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to basically all countries!
What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, do NOT use it. Send pictures ASAP to sinoicglass01@gmail.com
What do the packages look like?
We ship using plain brown boxes with Red Fragile Tape. The shipping label says from "Shipping Department".
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. if shipping within the USA, any order whose value is greater than $80 (after discounts, excluding shipping fees) will have the option for free shipping at checkout. If your order value is less than $40 after applying a discount code, the free shipping option will not be displayed at checkout. (since under the minimum requirement) - Order Value (or Product Value) excludes shipping cost
Time Sensitive Shipping
Do you have guaranteed time sensitive delivery options?
Only UPS has guaranteed "time sensitive" delivery options. Orders will ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). If UPS suspends service guarantee, there is no refund for late shipments.
What if I select USPS as a shipping option?
When shipping via USPS there will often be delays and they will often miss their estimated delivery date. Do NOT use USPS for Time Sensitive Shipments!
2nd Quality Items
What are 2nd quality items?
Imperfections on 2nd quality items are all different, which can include: scratches, chips, black marks, white marks, red marks, and other general visual imperfections. Items can also have degraded function compared to 1st Quality, 2nd Quality items can included imperfect joints, where there joint will wobble. In most cases function is the same and cosmetic issues are minimal.
Can I replace broken 2nd quality items?
NOT REPLACEABLE - If your 2nd quality item breaks due to any reason we can not cover it for replacement, this is part of the discounted price. They are inferior and may be more prone to a break!
Returns
Do you offer returns if it was a Sinoic error?
If we make an error with your order, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.
What if I ordered an incorrect item by accident and wish to exchange it?
If you accidentally order the incorrect item and wish to exchange it, you will be required to pay to ship the merchandise back to us. We will, however, cover the cost of re-shipping the correct item to you for free. *Note* Sinoic will not cover re-shipping expenses to international addresses.
Can I request a refund?
If you choose to return an item for a refund, you will be required to pay for the return shipping fees. Sinoic will refund the total product cost excluding the original shipping charge.
How do I request a refund?
You must contact sinoicglass01@gmail.com within 48 Hours of delivery date. Items must be unused. If you chose to return the product you will need to pay return shipping. Before making any returns you must email us first!
Billing Statement
How will the charges show up on my billing statement?
Charges will be shown as "SC ".
Anti-Fraud
Do you use any anti-fraud services?
We use an anti-fraud services which monitor ALL orders and to help detect fraud. If for any reason your order shows up as fraudulent we will completely cancel the order and refund the money.
What if my order is cancelled?
You will need to place a new order with more accurate information. When you place your new order please make sure you use the correct billing address that matches the billing address on file with your bank. By doing this your order should pass the verification process.
